The Gormiti series 1 toyline debuted in Italy in 2005. The toyline consisted of 42 single-pose figures divided into six tribes: the Peoples of Earth, Forest, Sea, Air, Lava and Magma.

The Forest Refuge playset was released as part of Gormiti Series 1.

Trivia

• Series 1 sculpts were only ever released in Italy, and are something of a collector's item now. Every character present in Series 1 was re-issued with updated sculpts as part of the Energheia series. Energheia was in turn released internationally under the title of Gormiti Series 1.
